Digital Product Policy
All items sold on Kroyal are digital downloads — including templates, planners, invitations, and other digital content. Because these files are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. Once your purchase has been completed and the download link delivered, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be issued.
Accidental Purchases or Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase or experience a technical issue that causes multiple charges, please contact us immediately at kroyalstore@yahoo.com. We will review your order and, if verified as a duplicate, issue a refund for the extra transaction.
Download or Access Issues
If you experience problems downloading your files or accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll work quickly to help you access your product or resend the download link.
Damaged or Corrupted Files
If a file is damaged, corrupted, or incomplete, please notify us right away. We’ll provide a replacement file or assist you with access to a working version of your digital product.
Unauthorized Sharing or Use
Refunds will not be granted in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of our product license terms. All digital products remain the intellectual property of Kroyal and may not be redistributed or resold.
