Digital Products Only

All products sold on Kroyal — including planners, invitations, templates, and digital downloads — are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a download link or file access via email or directly through your account on www.kroyal.store.

Delivery Time

Digital products are available immediately after purchase. In most cases, your files will be accessible within minutes of completing checkout. If you do not receive your download email within 15–30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for assistance.

Download Access

Each purchase includes access to downloadable files. Please make sure you save your files promptly and back them up for your records. If you experience issues accessing your downloads, reach out to us at kroyalstore@yahoo.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Email Addresses

It’s your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. If you provide an incorrect email address and do not receive your download link, contact us immediately so we can resend your files once verified.

No Physical Shipping

Since Kroyal sells only digital goods, there are no shipping fees, handling costs, or delivery delays. You will not receive a physical package.
